Auto-pilot is a state I know better than anyone. In fact, my nickname growing up was "space cadet" for all the times I left my body and just existed.
I knew there was more to life than getting by and doing because of those glimmers (you know the ones) that I simply felt alive, here, awake. These are the moments of mindfulness - and we can live in that state all the time.
The tools, lessons and practices I teach weekly in this 5-week online program come from my studies and certifications in meditation, my work as a holistic wellness coach and my firsthand experience pursuing a life lived.

Q: What if I’m new to mindfulness, meditation and self-care?
A: No problem! The entire program is for all-levels, all humans and all backgrounds.
Q: What if I already practice mindfulness and meditation? Will this benefit me?
A: This is for any human at any level to fully break down the practice of mindfulness, the benefits and the practices to use for life. Everyone can benefit at anytime.
Q: What if I can't attend a scheduled live session?
A: If you can't make it live, no sweat. All sessions will be recorded and shared via email after each session. Videos are available for 30-days.
Q: Can I access these recorded videos in the future?
A: Only for as long as you are enrolled in the program (the 5-weeks).
